A condo was renovating the entire property, yet the pavers could not be pressure-washed clean. In addition, some pavers had been painted. It appeared sealer had been applied, and the pavers were not cleaned professionally, resulting in sealed-in grease & grime. Therefore, the existing sealer, as well as the paint, had to be removed.

National Sealing has the ability to strip existing sealer from brick pavers, strip paint from cement, using concentrated water pressure. This stripping equipment can attain up to 40K PSI to remove existing paints and sealers from various surfaces.

Upon contacting Kenny at National Sealing Co, he took the time to explain the differences in processes to where clearly the value was in the three part coating with nano beads. Within a few days we scheduled to have it done at which time Ashton started wtih the pressure cleaning the surface nicely and let it dry for 2 hours. Upon which time, Mark showed up to apply product (w/nano beads). The whole process was seamless. Upon completion of drying the surface coated with nano beads, it definitely provides a non-slip surface as well as a consistent rich look. No we are looking forward to not having to seal the marble every year as Kenny described.

We used National Sealing about 4 years ago to reduce the slippery nature of the Travertine around our pool deck and inside our outdoor Cabana. Mark was our technician and he was on time and did a fantastic job. We had the nano beads covering and it was a game changer. our concrete is no longer slippery when wet and the feel of the beads under bare feet isn't rough to walk on barefoot. The results look great, the sealer makes our travertine tile look fantastic! Ken did a fantastic job explaining the products they offer to include the five warranty on their proprietary sealing products. We selected their top of line no slip sealer for our new pool deck. After we scheduled are appointment, Ashton came to clean the deck followed by Mark the next day to apply the sealer. Mark took his time to explain the process and reiterated their warranty on the product should anything happen. The sealer gave our new pool decking a beautiful sheen. It does take 24 to 48 hours for the product to properly cure. So, be patient. We’re super happy with the results!

Mark came out and was super friendly, experienced, and explained how their process works. Kenny scheduled us and got us on the schedule relatively quick with only a few weeks notice. Glad I found them as I was tempted to seal our travertine pool decking myself and it most likely would have been a disaster. Will see how this coating hold up but with the Nano-Bead nonslip coating, Kenny anticipated 4-5 years even in our Houston heat. Pleasure to do business with.

Had this done at my house on pool deck and on concrete slab of tiki hut at my river condo as guests were slipping. Fellow owner at river yesterday (preparing for Helene) commented that this stuff is legit.
