National Sealing Co. has developed a durable coating process to protect tile & grout. Let’s first make one thing clear – sealing tile grout is a waste of time and money. By comparison, our process is a durable, long-lasting coating.

This application was an outdoor grill. The customer wanted to preserve the grout from the effects of the outdoors, i.e., mildew, dirt, and grease from the food. In addition, protecting the surface made it easier to clean and germ-free.

When using any sealer, it penetrates the grout and cures below the surface, leaving the surface exposed. In addition, by definition, sealers are temporary. The area will need to be cleaned and resealed approximately every 1.5 years. Our coating process is a multi-component process that includes hardeners. The coating cures on the top of the tile & grout, keeping the tile maintenance-free while also protecting the grout surface.
