A new office building installed cobblestone pavers. The pavers were installed in a valet area. Any place where cars are stopped or idling for any length of time should have durable protection from oils and fluids that can stain the surface. With this surface being a natural stone, and very porous, National Sealing was contracted to apply our durable coating process versus a common sealer. All sealers must be reapplied often, usually every 1-1.5 years. In commercial settings, sometimes more often. Since this area was high traffic, porous, and a valet area, the owners wanted to keep the area as free from oil stains as possible. The benefits of coating vs. sealers:
