Our experience with National Sealing was nothing short of “OUTSTANDING!” From the outset, our customer service representative (Mr. Kenny), was knowledgeable about every type of paver product on the market. He was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best business solution. While National offers a sealer for pavers, we elected the Special coating application, which gives us a longer life cycle before another treatment (approx. 5X longer than regular sealant). Also, our Application Technician (Mr. Mark), was just as professional. He carefully walked through our entire paver project and noted the difference between how the application needed to be applied (i.e., travertine in the backyard and pool deck vs. concrete pavers for our driveway and walkways. We were careful to schedule our power-washing and cleaning according to the weather and had our application done two-days before heavy rains. Immediately during the rain, we could see the “significant” results of our investment, which will last for the next 3-5 years. If you’re thinking about a sealer, I recommend getting them coated vs. sealing. The investment is “slightly” more, but the appearance and durability is well worth the cost. When you call, ask for Mr. Kenny; you won’t be disappointed with his knowledge or professionalism. Oh one other point, Mr. Kenny will follow up with you during the entire process to include letting you know when the technician is near by and an “after-application” check in to see if you are satisfied. Five-stars are a modest representation of what National Sealing can do!!!
