National Sealing Co has developed a durable coating process to protect tile & grout. Let’s first make one thing clear – sealing tile grout is a waste of time and money. By comparison, our process is a durable, long lasting coating.
This application was an outdoor grill. The customer wanted to preserve the grout from the effects of the outdoors i.e. mildew, dirt, and grease from the food. In addition, by protecting the surface it made it easier to clean, and germ free.
When using any sealer, the sealers penetrate the grout and cure below the surface; leaving the surface exposed. In addition, by definition, sealers are temporary. The area will have to be cleaned and then re-sealed approximately every 1.5 years. Our coating process is a multi-component process that includes hardeners. The coating cures on the top of the tile & grout, keeping the tile maintenance free while also protecting the surface of the grout.
